Quality consciousness
Being very quality conscious, we use selected, detailed tests throughout the entire working process to assure that our quality meets the set requirements. For this purpose, we have a fully climatised measuring room with vibration-free floor and state-of-the-art measuring instrumentation at our disposal.
From the planning phase on we work on an interdisciplinary basis, and due to our comprehensive project management including FMEA, control plans and component histories we can meet even the highest expectations.
This advance quality planning is complemented by part-specific inspection plans, statistical process controls and machine or process capability verifications as well as technical cleanliness during the production process according to ISO/TS 16949 standards.
Capability certificates for inspection equipment according to the guidelines of MSA-QS9000 and/or VDA 5 (German Automotive Industry Association) are a matter of course. In addition we cooperate with accredited testing laboratories.
