Quality policy at Precise Metal Production
Quality and reliability are the basis for our lasting success. To us, quality means meeting and, if possible, exceeding customer expectations, both expressed and unexpressed. Our quality therefore profoundly influences our customers’ purchase decisions, the placing of orders as well as long-term customer relations. At Precise Metal Production GmbH & Co. KG, we have our customer’s best interest at heart and are reliable business partners. We also foster a cooperative relationship with our suppliers; they are an indispensable part of our service performance and success. Furthermore, we take feedback from customers and partners very seriously.
All of our employees strive to continuously provide the highest quality for our customers. In order to ensure this high quality, employees and executives regularly attend vocational instruction and re-training measures, which guarantee a high qualification level and which are expressly supported by the management. This is clearly regulated in our quality management handbook. We promote friendly cooperation between all hierarchy levels and strive to offer career perspectives.
We have defined process sequences transparently and clearly. They are subject to continuous improvement and further development with the aim of achieving the highest possible satisfaction for our customers. Newly introduced processes are documented immediately and the documents are then managed accordingly to ensure a consistently high quality in all areas. Our understanding and awareness of quality as well as the attitude of our employees regarding quality are the prerequisite for our customers’ satisfaction.
Our quality policy is determined by the company management. The management team has committed to consistently applying and continuously improving the quality management system. The quality policy is regularly reviewed for adequacy and suitability and improved where necessary. It provides a framework for the specification of our quality targets. In order to review the quality management system and to document Precise Metal Production GmbH & Co. KG’s aspiration for quality, the management has decided to undergo certifications according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards as well as to act in accordance with the standards of ISO/TS 16949 – with great success since many years now.
